Ngueyeli<\/em><\/span> and his company Les Films d&#8217;Eb\u00e8ne.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"4\" data-number-of-phrases=\"5\">Finally, in the Meetings section, we find the <strong>F\u00eates des p\u00e8res<\/strong> project by Rwandan <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Kivu Ruhorahoza<\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PCd3JF7IviY\" width=\"709\" height=\"399\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div class=\"J0lOec\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"4\">These projects which will represent Africa are carried by young African filmmakers who have been making their mark for several years now.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"1\" data-number-of-phrases=\"4\">Lyrical and provocative, the projects signed by <em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Narcisse Wandji<\/span> <\/em>denounce the social problems of contemporary Africa.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"2\" data-number-of-phrases=\"4\">He has to his credit 12 short films and a feature film, <a href=\"https:\/\/ayilamedia.com\/en\/news\/review-bendskins-chronique-dune-societe-qui-cherche-ses-reperes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Bendskin<\/strong><\/a>, released in 2021 and which received the Screen of the Cameroonian Film at the <a href=\"https:\/\/ayilamedia.com\/en\/news\/news-le-festival-ecrans-noirs-devoile-sa-selection\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Festival Ecrans Noirs 2021<\/a>. He also promotes through the Mis Me Binga Film Festival, the valuation of women in african cinema<\/span><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"3\" data-number-of-phrases=\"4\">.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"3\">As for <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Abraham Gezahegne<\/em><\/span>, his first film, <strong>Lomi Shita<\/strong>, based on an adaptation of the book Adam Reta, won no less than 10 awards locally and internationally, notably at the Ethiopian Film Festival and the East African Film Festival.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"fr\" data-phrase-index=\"1\" data-number-of-phrases=\"3\">Regarding <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Kivu Ruhorahoza<\/em><\/span>, his career as a director was launched in 2011 with <strong>Gray Matter<\/strong>, a film about trauma and madness in the aftermath of the Rwandan genocide of 1994.
