The 5th edition of the LFC Awards was held on November 24 at Canal Olympia Bessengué in Douala. An evening rich in colors and emotions.
The 5th edition of the LFC Awards, a ceremony that annually rewards the best of Cameroonian cinema, was marked by the consecration of two films, The Planter’s Plantation by Young Dingha and Kankan by Joseph Akama. Both films imposed their law by each winning 5 awards! These awards are the crowning achievement of these two films during the year at many festivals.
A night of consecration also for Nimo loveline and Landry Nguetsa best actress and best lead actor for their masterful performances in The Planter’s Plantation and Kankan. A Kankan’s Plantation evening!
Filmmaker Frank Thierry Lea Mallé once again won the best screenplay award for his film L’Accord.
